Refund and Returns Policy

At Sunrico Resort, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your stay or need to cancel your reservation, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate cancellations whenever possible. However, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness to all of our guests.

For cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, there will be no penalty and we will refund any deposit or payment made.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, we will charge a penalty fee equivalent to one night’s stay and any deposit or payment made will be forfeited.

No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation amount.

Refund Policy:

In the event that you are not satisfied with your stay or encounter any issues during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we may have the opportunity to address your concerns.

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will consider providing a refund on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Returns Policy:

As we provide services rather than physical goods, we do not have a returns policy. However, if you have any concerns about the quality of the services we have provided, please inform us immediately so that we may have the opportunity to address your concerns.
